How we ship

Our standard shipping is by UPS Ground within the continental U.S. Shipping via Overnight, 2-day or 3-day are available. Please contact our office for exact cost.

How long it takes

Normal Production
Normal production time is two weeks (unless you have a rush). Shipping time (after production) can vary from one to six business days. Click here for a map which will tell you how many days your shipment will take to reach you once we have shipped. (Shipping is time in transit; not production time.) If you have a camera emergency, rush orders are available.CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (The UPS Ground rates are only for shipping within the 48 continental United States.)


How much will it cost me?
When you view the shopping cart , it will automatically tell you how much it will cost you before you enter any credit card information.

For orders over 100 pieces, please call for correct price, as our shopping cart tends to charge too much for the larger quantity orders. Thank you.

Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and Canada
For Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and Canada please indicate when you would like to receive the product and preferred method of shipment. You will receive a reply email detailing the shipping costs.
Delivery surcharges and/or customs duties/taxes in Canada are the customer's responsibility. Should the customer accept receipt of our shipment but not pay these charges and the shipper charges us, this charge will be duly placed on the customer's credit card.

Insurance to cover the cost of the cameras is automatically be added to all shipments.

Address Correction
Check your address carefully -- UPS charges for address corrections ($5.00 on Ground packages and 10.00 for 3-day, 2-day and Overnight). This includes omitted apartment or suite numbers, Zip Code, or any other changes UPS must look up in order to deliver your package. Should UPS charge for address correction, this charge will be added to your purchase without notification. CHECK ADDRESS CAREFULLY!...

We are not responsible for carrier delays of third parties (UPS, FedEx, U.S. Mail, etc.).
