Welcome to CustomCameraCollection! We have many exciting products to share with you -- some
you may even design yourself. Feel free to use this website and its content, services and applications.
These are our terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. Using this
Web site indicates your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept
these terms and conditions, do not use this Web site.
By using this site you agree to the following:
It is the customer responsibility to read and understand the Terms & Conditions. By using this Web
site you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and
Turnaround Time: Our normal turnaround is 5 business days plus shipping time
(1-5 business days. See Shipping Info for more information).
However, during very busy times of the year, turnaround time can be 2 or more weeks. Feel free to call our
office for an estimate. Whenever you have a question about turnaround, please call; we can give you an exact ship date so
that you won't worry. We gladly answer the telephone during normal working hours and answer emails promptly.
Rush Orders: We recognize there can be camera emergencies, call us for rush orders
(800-929-0130). Rush charges may apply.
Cancellations, Changes or Corrections to Orders: Cancellation of an order, or changes or
corrections, cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted online, phoned, faxed, or mailed
in to us. Should cancellation, a change or a correction be required,
you may call our customer service department (1-800-929-0130, M-F 9-5 EST) with your request as soon
as possible, and we will make every attempt to accommodate you. However, since we make every effort to process
and ship orders as soon as possible, it is possible that your order will be processed for
production within minutes of your placing it; therefore, your cancellation might arrive too late.
Also, once production has begun, custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled or changed,
and they are not refundable or returnable unless there is an error in the personalization that is
the fault of CustomCameraCollection. CustomCameraCollection does not take responsibility for customer
mistakes in personalization (see "Personalization" below).
Limitation of Liability on use of this web site:
Your use and browsing of the site is at your risk. If you
are dissatisfied with any of the materials contained in the site, or with any of these terms and
conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the site.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CUSTOMCAMERACOLLECTION, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED
OR INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING OF PRODUCT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COSTS AND EXPENSES OF
ANY TYPE INCURRED, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR PROGRAMS, AND BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE, INABILITY

LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER OR NOT CUSTOMCAMERACOLLECTION WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Disposable Camera Limitation of Liability:
This product will be replaced if defective in manufacturing. Since color dies
are affected by time, temperature and humidity, film will not be replaced for, or otherwise warranted
against change in color. Many factors are important in the quality of the developed product, i.e., proper usage,
user skill, distance of subject being photographed, lighting conditions, whether flash was used, et cetera. These are all factors to be taken
under considerating in quality of the final product. For best results, follow instructions on camera,
avoid taking pictures at night of ocean views since disposable cameras do not have the range capable
of such professional photography. Develop film promptly, avoid exposure to water, excesses in temperature,
sand, dust, and store in a cool dry place. DO NOT OPEN - Risk of shock.
Policies and Terms Subject to Change Without Notice
We endeavor to notify our users of any changes in our policies, legal notices and disclaimers.
However, in order for CustomCameraCollection to quickly and efficiently update, improve and manage
this site, we reserve the right to make such changes, in our sole discretion, at any time without
Returns and Refunds: Our aim is to ensure 100% satisfaction for our customers. Therefore, if you are not happy with your
purchase due to our error or a defect in the material or workmanship of the product, we will provide a 100% refund at your request
and upon return of the product within 30 days of receiving your order.
A custom product, by dictionary definition, is a product "made to order," specifically made for the customer. That custom product
can then be enhanced by text, logo or photo, therefore, making it personalized. Custom and personalized products, since they are made
specifically for the customer ordering, are not refundable or returnable. (See section entitled "Custom and/or Personalized Products"
For returns and refunds of non-custom and non-personalized products, such as standard cameras, there
is a 25% restocking fee, customer is responsible for return shipping charges (in addition to the original shipping to the customer) and
ensuring that product is returned in good condition in original unopened package. Please pack the return shipment carefully so that
the product is not damaged in the return. Credit will not be given for any damaged product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns require a return authorization, must be made within 30 days of original purchase, and
items must be returned within 10 days of receiving return authorization.
Returns made without a return authorization will not be credited.
Any orders refused acceptance at delivery by customer without prior written notification to us will
be subjected to a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs both ways.
Damaged shipments from handling during shipping must be claimed with the freight carrier. Keep all the packing and call the freight
carrier to file a claim.
Our products are warranted against faulty workmanship or materials.
Any claims for damaged, not shipped, or misprinted product must be made within 15 days of receipt of product.
Sales Tax: We collect sales tax of 5% for all orders shipped to Virginia addresses. Beginning July 1, 2013, the sales tax
in Virginia will increase to 5.3% for all jurisdictions, with the exception of the Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads Regions.
The Northern Virginia Region is defined as: The Counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and the Cities of: Alexandria,
Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park. The Hampton Roads Region is defined as: The Counties of Gloucester, Isle of Wight,
James city, Southampton, Surry, and York, and the Cities of: Chesapeak, Franklin, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Poquoson, Portsmouth,
Suffolk, Virginia Beach and Williamsburg.
Payment: Total amount of order, including shipping, must be paid prior to production and
shipping of product. Payment may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover,
PayPal, business check, money order, or wire transfer. We do not accept personal checks.
There will be a $40.00 charge on checks returned by the bank.
For Canada orders, since we are Non-Resident Importers into Canada, we must collect all taxes, duties
and entry fees prior to shipping. They are added to your order. See Shipping Info for more
Custom and/or Personalized Products: A product made specifically for a customer is a custom
product. Most of our camera designs are custom. Our other products, such as
candybar wrappers, gift tags, invitations, thank you cards, water bottle labels, etc, are all custom products -- made
specifically for the customer ordering.
You can identify a custom camera in two ways: (1) the Item Number on a custom camera begins with the letter "F", and
(2) the name of the camera will have the words "Custom" or "Personalized" in it. A short visit to a dictionary (such as
Webster's Dictionary) will reveal the adjective "custom" to mean "made or performed according to a personal order." We have
over 500 camera
designs on our Web page. We don't keep batches of cameras of each design made and on a shelf waiting
for an order. We make the camera for each order. This is a custom camera.
These custom products can then be enhanced by personalization. You, the customer, can put whatever
you want on the item. This then makes the item personalized.
Personalization: When you place your order for a personalized product, you must enter
the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your product either on the order form provided
on our Web page or by e-mail if your order is placed by telephone. Please proofread your
personalization request carefully; CustomCameraCollection does not take responsibility for customer
Shipping: CustomCameraCollection ships in accordance with customer's instructions and
is not responsible for shipper inability to make delivery. Please proofread your order carefully,
especially the shipping address. Some carriers, such as UPS & FedEx, will correct an address when
they can, but they impose a charge of $11.00. This address correction fee will be charged to the
customer in instances where the incorrect address was provided by the customer

convenience to you, links to Web sites operated by other entities and persons, but makes no
representations whatsoever about any other Web site which you may access through this one.
Although when exchanging links with other sites CustomCameraCollection makes every effort to
ascertain that the sites are event-related, CustomCameraCollection does not take responsibility for
the content of any site. A link to a non-CustomCameraCollection Web site does not mean that
CustomCameraCollection endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or the use of such Web site.
